By registering for the Magnetic Course Blueprint LIVE Workshop Series, you agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Hey Danie Jay LLC.

Eligibility

Access to the Magnetic Course Blueprint LIVE Workshop Series ("the Workshop Series") is available to individuals who register during the promotional period.

Promotional Offer Period

The promotional offer is available from May 18, 2026 through June 2, 2026.

During this period, participants are eligible to receive 50% off either a monthly or annual plan for the associated offer, subject to any additional platform or payment requirements.

Live Workshop Dates

Participants may attend any of the following live workshop sessions:

  • May 22, 2026 at 12:00 PM PST
  • May 25, 2026 at 12:00 PM PST
  • May 29, 2026 at 12:00 PM PST

Workshop dates, times, and availability are subject to change at the discretion of Hey Danie Jay LLC.

Whatโ€™s Included

Registered participants will receive:

  • Access to the live workshop session(s)
  • Replay access to recorded sessions
  • Course creation training and guidance
  • Bonus tools and resources
  • Educational materials related to building and launching an online course

Availability of Replays

All live sessions may be recorded and replay access will be made available to registered participants. Participants who register after a live session has occurred may still receive access to available replays during the promotional period.

Participant Responsibility

Participants agree to actively engage with the workshop content and understand that results are dependent upon individual implementation, effort, experience, and market conditions. No specific business, financial, or course creation results are guaranteed.

No Refund Policy

The Workshop Series is offered as a free promotional educational event. Therefore, no refunds are applicable.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the Workshop Series, including recordings, slides, worksheets, templates, prompts, and guides, are the intellectual property of Danie Jay and Hey Danie Jay LLC.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, or publicly display any materials without prior written permission.

Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during registration may be used for communication regarding the Workshop Series, related educational content, promotional offers, updates, and future resources.

By registering, participants consent to receiving emails and communications from Hey Danie Jay LLC. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.

Changes and Cancellations

Danie Jay reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel workshop sessions or promotional offers due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified via email of any significant changes.

Hey Danie Jay LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Workshop Series constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

Acceptance of Terms
